At EKM Metering, we stand behind the quality of our submetering equipment and offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging. We aim to ensure your technical requirements are met with precision and offer full support for all equipment exchanges.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any electronic components back to our facility.

• 2.
  Package Securely

  Place the meters and communication devices in their original anti-static packaging to prevent electrical damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box and send the package via a trackable carrier to our California warehouse.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware is in resalable condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement unit within 5 business days.
